Both are high quality programs. As a result, there is high demand for them and competition for entry is fierce.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Students typically enter the doctoral programme via the MRes, a one year research-oriented programme for students holding an M.Sc. in economics, econometrics, finance, maths, engineering and other related disciplines. The MRes program includes both a rigorous taught component and a research element.
